AYA Wallet - Data Deletion Request

AYA Wallet (by Bruno Kapital & Investment LLC) is non-custodial and keeps almost no personal data. This page explains what can be deleted and how to request it.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@brunokapital.com with the subject "Data deletion" from the email address you used on the portal (or describe your P2P order). We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we delete on request

• Buyer email addresses stored for purchase receipts
• Contact details (phone/email) attached to P2P orders

What cannot be deleted

• Confirmed blockchain transactions (addresses, amounts) - the public ledger is immutable by design and contains no personal identity
• Short-lived web server security logs (deleted automatically within days)

Wallet data on your device

Keys and wallet files live only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes them. We never have a copy.
