AYA Wallet is a non-custodial wallet for the aya-core blockchain, operated by Bruno Kapital & Investment LLC. This policy covers two surfaces separately: the AYA Wallet application and the ayacoin.online web services (portal purchases, P2P trading).
The application itself collects no data.
Your cryptographic keys are generated and stored only on your device. We never receive, store, or have access to your private keys, seed material, or passwords. Transactions are signed locally on your device.
The app has no analytics, no trackers, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party data sharing. We do not collect names, emails, contacts, location, or device identifiers.
When you use the wallet, your device sends blockchain requests (addresses, signed transactions) to the aya-core node over HTTPS. This data is public blockchain information by design and contains no personal identity. Standard web server logs (IP address, timestamp) may be kept briefly for security and are not linked to any identity.
Buying AYA and P2P trading happen on the web portal (portal.ayacoin.online), not inside the app. When you use these web services we process: standard web server logs (IP address, timestamp) kept briefly for security; the email address you provide at checkout, used for the purchase receipt; contact details a seller chooses to share with a buyer in a P2P trade. Card payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy; we never see full card numbers. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties beyond payment processing.
Confirmed transactions are recorded on the public aya-core ledger and cannot be altered or deleted. Do not place personal data into transaction fields.
You can request deletion of your data (purchase emails, P2P contact details): see Data Deletion Request.
